GDSII File Upload

Do the following at the computer where your GDSII file is located:

1. click here
2. click on the "Browse..." button to locate your .gds file
3. click on the "Upload" button to upload your file (note this only uploads your file to a remote server, and not actually to the JBX-9300FS system)

Do the following at the JBX-9300FS Unix workstation located in the EBL facility inside the cleanroom:

1. open a unix console
2. cd to your pattern directory (e.g. pattern/devin)
3. type "netscape &" at the unix prompt
4. click on the "File Download" bookmark button at the top of the Netscape browser window
5. locate your GDSII file, right click on it, and select "Save Link As..."
6. click OK
